<p>About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in offshore trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing subsea pipeline protection operations, including trenching, backfilling, and associated marine construction activities, ensuring project delivery meets technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage offshore trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise subsea trenching operations (jetting, mechanical cutting, etc.), backfilling, and pipeline stabilization activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Vessel & Equipment Management: Coordinate with marine vessels, ROVs, and trenching equipment operators to optimize operational efficiency and safety.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, survey teams, marine crews, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to weather, equipment failure, and subsea conditions.
• HSEQ Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures, including marine operations safety, dive safety (if applicable), and environmental protection.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates, cost reports, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
</p><p>Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in offshore trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation projects.
• Proven track record in managing subsea pipeline protection operations, including:
• Trenching and backfilling operations
• Pipeline stabilization and protection
• Seabed preparation and post-lay operations
• Familiarity with trenching systems and equipment (e.g., jetting sleds, mechanical trenchers, ROVs).
• Knowledge of offshore survey methods (multibeam, side-scan sonar) and positioning systems.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work offshore and travel as required.
Preferred Certifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or similar HSE certification.
• Offshore survival certificates (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).</p>

<p>We are seeking an organized and proactive Procurement Officer to support the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for marine and construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for construction materials, marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions and project requirements
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking
Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier lists, price lists, and order histories
Coordinate with project teams, warehouse, and logistics for material receiving and inspection
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before forwarding to finance
Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers under supervision
Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering of stock items as needed
Maintain proper filing of procurement documents including RFQs, POs, and delivery receipts

<p>We are seeking a technically skilled Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for marine and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, supplier negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project technical specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to identify material requirements
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for marine/construction materials (steel, concrete, piping, aggregates, marine equipment, spare parts)
Prepare and issue RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders in line with project schedules and budgets
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast and prioritize procurement needs
Track purchase orders from placement to delivery; expedite shipments to avoid project delays
Ensure all procured materials meet quality standards and hold required certifications (test reports, mill certificates, etc.)
Manage subcontractor procurement for specialized services (piling, dredging, rock filling, marine transport)
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and price history
Resolve supplier disputes, quality issues, or delivery delays
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards
Stay updated on market prices, lead times, and new suppliers
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and QAQC for incoming material inspections
