<p>JOB PURPOSE: Provide paralegal and administrative support across the Gulf Air Group, with a primary focus on the Gulf Air (airline) workstream, and provide direct support to the Legal Engineer on legal data, tooling and process work. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role assists with document preparation, contract administration, legal research, maintenance of the Group s legal registers, and coordination of legal activities. The role works flexibly across the team supporting Group and airport matters and cross-covering for colleagues when needed reflecting a collaborative, one-team approach rather than rigid portfolios. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Paralegal Support Provide paralegal and administrative support to the Gulf Air legal workstream document preparation, filing, contract administration and basic legal research. Provide primary secondary cover across customer and HR litigation / claims administration. Support to the Legal Engineer Data, Tooling & Registers Support the Legal Engineer with legal data, tooling and process work, including maintaining and improving the litigation & disputes register, the contract registry, trackers and dashboards. Help keep legal data clean and consistent (counterparty and status hygiene) so reporting is reliable. Documents, Records & Coordination Maintain legal databases, registers and filing systems (physical and electronic), with proper version control and archiving. Coordinate signing, execution and record-keeping of legal documents, and track deadlines and action items. Cross-Group Support Cross-cover and assist colleagues across the airline, airport and Group as needed, in a flexible, one-team way. Compliance Follow all, risk, compliance, and Code of Conduct requirements when performing daily duties. Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training within the required timelines. Report suspected misconduct, policy violations, or regulatory concerns through approved channels.
