<p><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b> Specialist Safety Training is responsible for ensuring that effective safety training is maintained across the organization and the wider community at the airside of BIA, in compliance with ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Doc 9859, BAC ASMS, and the associated procedures and guidelines. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Airside Safety Responsibilities Ensures the development, review, and update of the Aerodrome Safety department's Training and Competency Requirements Manual. Ensures that the Training and Competency Requirements Guidelines established for all stakeholders is reviewed, updated, published, enforced, and monitored. Participates in safety audits to ensure conformance of stakeholders with the training and competency requirements. Develops training material for safety inductions, familiarization and awareness sessions, and ensures their delivery in an appropriate frequency in the interest of continuous improvement to safety performance. Prepares new training sessions based on the safety trend and root cause analysis performed across the department and aviation industry, in order to prevent and mitigate safety hazards. Participates in and supports with safety investigations to ensure that the training element is considered, and that the corrective actions are commensurate with the training requirements. Ensures that PLB and VDGS training is performed in line with the established procedure. Maintains training records for PLB and VDGS. Performs monthly, quarterly, half annual, and annual analysis of training deliverables, including awareness sessions, safety inductions, PLB and VDGS training and assessment, training audits and spot checks. Ensures that Airside Operations and Aerodrome Safety staff are trained and familiarized with the particulars of all SOPs, Manuals, instructions, advisory circulars, and safety promotion material. Utilizes globally recognized training methodologies and tools when delivering training sessions and assessments. Manages the process of issuing training certificates to staff as and when required. Ensures that Airside Operations staff are trained and competent in performing critical duties such as hand marshalling, follow-me escort, aircraft repositioning, Runway / Taxiway / Stand inspections, VDGS operation, safe aircraft parking, and GRF inspection and reporting. Develops and delivers training material to Aerodrome Safety and Airside Operations staff to ensure their competency in ICAO regulations, SARPS, and local BCAA regulations. Together, these companies drive Bapco Energies' mission to power the next generation.<br>Responsibilities:<br><p>Communications and Working Relationships: </p><br><p>Internal</p><br><ul><li><p>Interacts frequently with Manager Cyber Defense Center to discuss operational issues and to provide daily status updates for ongoing work, as well as other relevant compliance reports and performance metrics as required. </p><br></li><li><p>Communicates regularly and aligns actions with all IT/OT technical groups to ensure that all systems and networks are operated securely. </p><br></li><li><p>Liaises with other IT/OT groups and ITD sections and – if needed - with business units, to identify and validate attempts at intrusion or compromise, and provides high quality investigation and response actions. </p><br></li><li><p>Liaises closely with IT Governance section to ensure that all formally documented processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines remain commensurate with the current security threat environment.</p><br></li></ul><p>External</p><br><ul><li><p>Acts as focal point of communication with relevant service providers in the event of high severity Incident Response. </p><br></li><li><p>Liaises with cybersecurity agencies to collect and exchange threat intelligence and coordinate incident response activities. </p><br></li><li><p>Works with vendors to ensure any upgrades or patches to security solutions are implemented in a timely manner.</p><br></li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li><p>Minimum 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or related domains.</p><br></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are preferred.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with security technologies, including SIEM platforms, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, and network security monitoring tools.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security event data, identify patterns and anomalies, and make data-driven decisions to detect and respond to threats effectively.</li><li>Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, with working knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK.</li><li>Proven experience in leading or mentoring SOC teams or junior analysts, with the ability to coordinate and guide incident response activities.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document findings and present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul> </div>

<p>· The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in their section. Because of this, a successful Chef de Partie must be very knowledgeable about his or her specialty, as well as culinary functions in general.</p><br><p>· He/She must also be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the sous chef and head chef.</p><br><p>· A Demi Chef de Partie’s primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant. Duties associated with this role including directing chefs in their section in preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary dishes.</p><br><p>· Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise.</p><br><p>· Instructs cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.</p><br><p>· Monitors sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.</p><br><p>· Order or requisition food and other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.</p><br><p>· Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.</p><br><p>· Checks the quantity and quality of received products.</p><br><p>· Undertakes additional duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Senior Sous chef.</p><br> </div>
