The Galley Manager will supervise 12+/- food service workers who are Local Nationals (LNs). The Galley Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a 28-day cycle menu per Part A, Chapter 3 of NAVSUP P-486 and ensuring supplies are sufficient to meet daily meal preparation and serving requirements. Ensure proper cooking techniques are being applied IAW standards and guidelines as established by NAVSUP P-486, NAVSUP P-7, The Armed Forces Recipe Service, NAVSUP P-476, Navy Food Service, NAVSUP P-580, Fat, Cholesterol and Calories List for General Messes, The New Professional Chef, and The Art and Science of Culinary Preparation. Maintain all equipment accountability and serviceability and turn-in and ordering of stockage levels using the Food Service Management (FSM) System. Provide meal planning services to ensure cycle menu planning is acceptable and sufficient supplies are available for the execution of daily meal preparation and serving processes. The majority of Galley operations will be to provide carry-out meals per NAVSUP P-486. The Galley Manager must ensure that all meals meet Nutritious and Acceptable Meal standards and guidelines as established by applicable NAVSUP regulations and The Armed Forces Recipe Service. Three meals are provided daily with an average daily headcount of over 120 patrons.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manages and directs functions directly related to Galley operations</li><li>Utilizes the Food Service Management (FSM) system to order subsistence supplies, manage the galley operation and submit applicable food service forms at the end of each workday; ensures all information is accurate and timely</li><li>Develops 28-day menu cycle IAW Part A, Chapter 3 of NAVSUP P-486</li><li>Maintains all equipment: accountability, serviceability, turn-in and stockage levels</li><li>Ensures Galley supervisors and employees complete food service sanitation and safety training requirements per Sections 2-1.2.2.C and 2-1.2.2.D, Chapter 1 of NAVMED P-5010, Food Safety</li><li>Ensures all galley personnel comply with personal cleanliness and hygienic practices as specified by Sections 2-3 and 2-4, Chapter 1 of NAVMED P-5010</li><li>Performs logistic management to ensure daily meal preparation and serving processes are uninterrupted</li><li>Manages a 30 day subsistence and consumable supply ensuring adequate supplies are on hand to support menu cycle</li><li>Supervises cashier services for Ration-in-Kind (RIK) eligible patrons and paying patrons</li><li>Monitors and schedules routine and emergency maintenance of portable Galley container equipment</li><li>Performs other duties and assignments as required</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Associate degree in a culinary or food management field preferred.</li><li>Formal training as a chef, food service manager, kitchen supervisor, and food service planner is highly desired.</li><li>Ten years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility in military food service, or five years of experience in military food service at the rank of E7 or above.</li><li>Must have minimum of three years management experience managing a galley or dining facility of similar size.</li><li>Experience working with Foreign Nationals required.</li><li>Previous Navy galley experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office software.</li><li>Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship and a valid state driver s license and must be eligible for access throughout the project geographic scope.</li><li>Must be able to read and speak English.</li></ul>

<p>Our perfumes consultant is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes and allergies routines with suitable products.</p>

<li>Participate in the brand’s events when required inside or outside the store and push fragrance sales during events, promotions, and launches.</li>
<li>Be flexible to support other stores and team members when required.</li>

<li>Maintain all operating standards by ensuring merchandising levels, stock replenishment, and organizing display as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.</li>
<li>Report stock shortages using the stock order form and ensure stock receipt as per set procedures.</li>
<li>Generate and maintain daily sales reports, post launch sales tracking, and sell-out tracking at store level.</li>
<li>Prepare and process e-commerce orders’ fulfillment from the store within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality.</li>
<li>Demonstrate understanding of the available technological tools and use them to enhance the customer experience both in and out of the store (clienteling app, OMS, etc.).</li>
<li>Attend all kinds of product and product knowledge trainings provided by the brand, company (levelled at Chalhoub University), and on Axonify in order to improve their performance and skills.</li>

<p>The TTT Assistant Manager is an execution-focused, client-facing role responsible for delivering day-to-day work products across Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, Accounting Compliance & Reporting, eInvoicing, and AI-enabled tax use cases. The role works closely with client Tax/Finance/Technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions building data pipelines, reconciliations, dashboards, test packs, and implementation documentation that enable measurable compliance and reporting outcomes.<br>The Assistant Manager operates as a key engine room contributor on engagements owning discrete modules/tasks end-to-end (under Manager/Senior Manager direction) and ensuring delivery is accurate, well-documented, and client-ready.</p><p>A. <p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Graving Dock and Floating Docks, ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible maneuvering, docking, positioning, and undocking of vessels. The position oversees dock operations, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, and maintains the docks and associated equipment in operational condition.</p><br><p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br><p><strong>A. <span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers.
