Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings. <li>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in internationally recognized 5-star luxury hotels across Europe.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants located in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific.</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end dining environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of luxury service standards, wine knowledge, culinary trends, and fine dining etiquette.</li>
