<p>Civil Engineer Wanted (3–5 Years Experience) – Bahrain</p><p>We are seeking a passionate and qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project management and execution.</p><p>Key Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:</p><p>&nbsp;* Strong background, preferably specialized, in roadways, infrastructure, and landscaping/green space projects.</p><p>&nbsp;* Proven expertise in project pricing and tendering, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and financial/technical project evaluation.</p><p>&nbsp;* On-site supervision, quality assurance, and ensuring strict adherence to technical standards and timelines.</p><p>&nbsp;* In-depth knowledge of local Bahraini engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>&nbsp;* Strong coordination skills across different project stakeholders and efficient site management capabilities.</p>

<p>•Proven experience in managing MEP aspects of high-rise buildings and large villa projects.</p><p>•In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance best practices.</p><p>•Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.</p><p>•Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.</p><p>•Develop detailed MEP designs, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with project requirements and relevant codes.</p><p>•Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.</p><p>•Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions during the construction phase.</p><p>•Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.</p><p>•Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality execution of their work.</p><p>•Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to technical queries.</p><p>•Ensure all MEP works comply with Bahraini building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.</p><p>•Prepare progress reports and manage MEP project budgets and schedules effectively.&nbsp;</p>
