Responsibilities + Inspects and certifies aircraft at specific intervals as required by OEM and FAA. + Troubleshoots system malfunctions, perform necessary corrective actions. + Documents maintenance of aircraft on appropriate forms. + Removes and replaces defective components. + Complies with Service Bulletins, Instructions, and Airworthiness Directives as directed. + Performs maintenance on Ground Support equipment. + Performs preflight/post-flight turn around inspections and servicing when required. + Maintains aircraft logbooks and historical data as required. + Complies with safety, foreign object damage, and tool control program requirements. + Washes, waxes, clean and maintains exterior and interior of aircraft. + Serves as a point of contact with the Quality Assurance Representative. + Advises management of problems that may delay scheduled delivery of aircraft to customers. + Ensures materials issued for assigned tasks are the correct items to repair the problem. + Provides on-the-job training to new employees as required. + Assists with supervision and inspects maintenance performed by FAA certified and non-certified personnel. + Services oxygen, nitrogen, tires, oil, and hydraulic systems. + Performs Corrosion Control checks when required. + Greets visitors and clients. + Exhibits positive courteous behavior with customers businesses and coworkers. + Assists coworkers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary. + Follows all safety procedures and practices as established by the Company and regulatory bodies. + This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. <p><h4>Role summary</h4>
<p>The QA/QC inspector is responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, and procedures. The role supports the site QA/QC manager in implementing and maintaining quality control systems, ensuring correct use of materials, accuracy of work, and proper documentation in line with the company’s quality control manual and industry best practices.</p>

<li>Ensure proper use, storage, maintenance, and calibration of all diagnostic and testing equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated register of all testing and diagnostic equipment in compliance with quality procedures.</li>
<li>Support documentation and reporting of inspection and quality control activities.</li>

<p><h4>Bank overview</h4>
<p>Bank ABC seeks to recruit a Head of IT Application Support in the Group Information Technology Department based in our Head Office in Bahrain. The Head of Application Support provides bank-wide leadership and accountability for the stability, availability, resilience, and controlled change of the bank's application and digital service landscape. This includes core banking platforms (e.g., Temenos), payments, digital channels, treasury and markets, CRM, trade finance, AML/KYC and sanctions, regulatory and finance reporting, data platforms, and enterprise integration.</p>
<p>The role owns the Run-the-Bank (RTB) and Change-the-Bank (CTB) operating model and plays a critical role in shaping the Run-and-Change interface between the bank, IT vendors, and managed-service providers, ensuring that production services are delivered in a predictable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective manner across a hybrid cloud environment spanning on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.</p>
<p>As part of the bank's technology transformation agenda, the role is responsible for supporting and executing the application support strategy for core banking and all associated ecosystems, including cloud-hosted deployments, vendor-managed services, and complex integration patterns.</p>
<p>The job holder is expected to modernise and adopt AI-enabled capabilities across application support; this includes embedding disciplined ITIL-aligned service management in collaboration with other technology teams. <span>Role Summary The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of quality control processes across the project.<br> The role provides technical guidance on material usage, testing, inspections, documentation, and compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures.<br> The position works closely with the Project Manager, Site QA/QC Manager, consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and testing agencies to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure that project works meet the required standards.<br> Key Responsibilities Review and verify inspection, testing, and trial procedures to ensure the correct methodologies are followed and results are accurately recorded.<br> Analyze quality and technical data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with consultants and client representatives on issues affecting project requirements or performance.<br> Communicate inspection and testing results clearly to relevant project stakeholders and promptly escalate adverse or non-conforming results to the Project Manager.<br> Identify and stop work that does not comply with approved quality procedures, project specifications, or recognized industry standards.<br> Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including non-conformance records, liability exemption forms, inspection records, test reports, and project close-out documentation.<br> Ensure all testing and diagnostic equipment is properly used, maintained, stored, and calibrated, and maintain an accurate equipment register.<br> Coordinate QA/QC activities with the Site QA/QC Manager, procurement team, site execution teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and testing agencies.<br> Monitor quality performance using statistical quality control methods and provide reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement.<br> Maintain and update as-built drawings on a monthly basis, ensuring they accurately reflect site progress, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain the required level of documentation.<br> Conduct pre-job quality briefings with site execution teams for approved method statements to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.<br> Supervise and provide guidance to Site Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors, and Document Controllers in relation to quality requirements and project documentation.<br> Ensure quality activities and documentation comply with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.<br> Support the QA/QC Manager and Project Management team with quality-related assignments and reporting as required.<br> Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .<br> Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably on major civil engineering projects.<br> Relevant GCC experience is preferred.<br> Eligible for CRPEP registration .<br> Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, construction standards, and project specifications.<br> Experience in reviewing test results, analyzing technical data, and identifying quality deviations or non-conformities.<br> Good understanding of construction documentation, quality records, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and as-built documentation.<br> Knowledge of temporary works is an advantage.<br> Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.<br> Ability to collect, analyze, and report statistical quality data.<br> Good database management and reporting skills.<br> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.<br> Ability to work independently, make day-to-day quality-related decisions, and effectively supervise QA/QC personnel.<br> Proficient in relevant MS Office and quality/document management systems.<br> Willingness to work predominantly on site and collaborate closely with construction and project teams.<br></span> </div>
