The Government Relations Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with<br>
governmental and regulatory authorities in Bahrain and providing end-to-end Government Relations<br>
support for both the tMart and Logistics verticals. The role ensures regulatory compliance, supports<br>
business continuity and expansion, and acts as the primary liaison between the Company and external<br>
stakeholders.<br>

Serve as the Government Relations focal point for both the tMart and Logistics verticals in<br>
Bahrain, providing end-to-end support across all operational, licensing, regulatory, labor,<br>
and governmental affairs matters, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and<br>
supporting the expansion and day-to-day operations of both businesses.<br>
Manage and support the establishment, licensing, renewal, and ongoing regulatory<br>
requirements for all tMart stores, Logistics operations, riders, vehicles, and related<br>
facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations and compliance with all relevant<br>
governmental requirements.<br>
Handle correspondence, responses to requests, and coordinate with the Ministry of<br>
Interior, Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Traffic Directorate, and other law<br>
enforcement authorities in relation to incidents, accidents, investigations, and official<br>
inquiries involving employees, riders, 3PL partners, or customers, and represent the<br>
Company before such authorities when required.<br>
Manage the renewal and maintenance of all corporate licenses and official registrations,<br>
including Commercial Registration (CR), Trade License, Chamber of Commerce<br>
membership, import licenses, municipality licenses, and any other regulatory permits<br>
required for the Company's operations.<br>
Oversee all activities on the LMRA portal, including new work visa applications, renewals,<br>
cancellations, amendments, and business visa processing.<br>
Coordinate the issuance and renewal of employees’ CPR cards, liaising with the relevant<br>
government authorities and municipalities to obtain address certificates and advertising<br>
permits where required.<br>
Administer all GOSI-related processes, including employee registration and deregistration,<br>
annual salary updates, work injury reporting, and resolving discrepancies related to<br>
employee records and invoices.<br>
Handle the end-to-end process for employees’ driving licenses, including document<br>
preparation, online appointment scheduling, and coordination with the Ministry of<br>
Interior until issuance or renewal is completed.<br>
Manage the Tamkeen portal by registering employees, identifying and applying for eligible<br>
support programs, submitting required company documentation, and following up on<br>
approvals, invoices, and reimbursements.<br>
Coordinate the issuance of family visit visas and business visit visas through the NPRA<br>
portal, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.<br>
Process and renew health certificates and other employee-related approvals with the<br>
Ministry of Health (MOH), National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), Labor Market<br>
Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Social Insurance Organization (SIO), and other relevant<br>
authorities.<br>
Liaise with internal departments to obtain regulatory approvals and permits for<br>
campaigns, promotions, rewards programs, and marketing initiatives from the Ministry of<br>
Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MOIC), Consumer Protection Authority, and other<br>
competent authorities.<br>
Support customs clearance activities and coordinate with the relevant authorities for<br>
import and export requirements whenever applicable.<br>
Lead the licensing and establishment process for new branches and locations, obtaining<br>
all required approvals and permits from the Ministry of Industry, municipalities, Civil<br>
Defense Authority, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Transportation and<br>
Telecommunications, and other regulatory bodies.<br>
Handle customer complaints filed before the Consumer Protection Authority and other<br>
governmental entities, represent the Company during meetings and hearings, and<br>
coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve amicable resolutions.<br>
Prepare, attest, notarize, and legalize contracts, agreements, and corporate documents<br>
before the competent authorities, embassies, and public notaries whenever required.<br>
Represent the Company before public notaries and relevant authorities in connection with<br>
POAs, Board Resolutions, corporate amendments, changes to authorized signatories, and<br>
other corporate governance matters.<br>
Coordinate with sponsors, authorized signatories, shareholders, and senior management<br>
to facilitate their attendance before government authorities whenever required.<br>
Obtain all required governmental approvals and permits related to Corporate Social<br>
Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement activities.<br>
Monitor regulatory developments and governmental procedural changes and proactively<br>
inform the Legal and relevant business teams of any changes that may impact the<br>
Company's operations.<br>
Manage all Traffic Directorate related processes, including vehicle registrations,<br>
registration book renewals, advertising permits, driving licenses, and any other<br>
requirements relating to riders and 3PL partners.<br>
Review, reconcile, and coordinate the settlement of violations, fines, and notices issued by<br>
governmental entities, including the Traffic Directorate, municipalities, Ministry of Health,<br>
and other competent authorities.<br>
Handle the filing, registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks, trade names, logos,<br>
and intellectual property rights, and coordinate with the Trademark Authority and<br>
relevant authorities for their use in campaigns and advertising activities.<br>

<p><strong>MAIN OBJECTIVES</strong> Manager Aircraft Structure and Interiors is accountable to Senior Manager Engineering for the effective management of the Structures & Interiors Engineering group, providing technical support and development for aircraft structures and cabin interior in accordance with the duties and responsibilities specified herein.</p><p><strong>MAIN DUTIES</strong></p><ol><li>Allocate staff and review their responses to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, Technical Follow Ups, where applicable to aircraft structures and cabin interiors, as required by Air Navigation Technical Regulation (ANTR) Part M.301 (7), M.302 (a) and M.303.</li><li>Ensure staff performance and their activities in accordance with the procedures established in compliance with ANTR M.704(a)(7) and that they are continually amended and updated to reflect current practice and any new regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure the structures and interiors group promptly carry out their responsibilities in respect of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, Technical Follow Ups etc in accordance with the embodiment policy established in accordance with ANTR M. 301(7).</li><li>Liaise with aircraft, component and system manufacturers to explore opportunities for enhancements/improvements to the technical performance of in-service equipment.</li><li>The provision of technical representation and technical information exchange on behalf of Gulf Air engineering at industry symposiums/conferences, vendor meetings and third party organizations as required.</li><li>Ensure that an adequate number of properly qualified staff are recruited and retained for all key job positions and that those job roles are clearly defined as required by ANTR M.706(g).</li><li>Ensure that appropriate training is provided and that it is properly recorded for all staff involved in the aircraft continuing airworthiness functions or related activities as required by ANTR M. 706(h).</li><li>Any corrective action relevant to his area, resulting from the quality audit programme, in accordance with ANTR M. 712.</li><li>Ensure that the CAME & TIM procedures pertaining to the activities of areas under his/her control is continually amended and updated to reflect current practice and take account of any new airworthiness requirements.</li><li>Ensure that the modifications embodiment policy is in accordance with ANTR M.301(7) and GF CAME procedures.</li><li>Assess and recommend proposed changes to the Approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme related to the aircraft structures & cabin interiors, for which his staff are responsible.</li><li>Direct all non OEM modification Engineering Development activities to ensure timescales, specifications and budget constraints are met.</li><li>Select suitable approved external Part 21 Design Organizations to assist Gulf Air with design tasks.</li><li>Ensure that Gulf Air aircraft structural damage and repair records are maintained in accordance with AMTR M.304.</li><li>Discharge position responsibilities and duties in such a manner that defined performance and achievement goals can be satisfied.</li><li>Undertake periodic staff performance appraisals in association with the SME.</li><li>Responsible for subordinates KPIs and required to complete all stages of performance management system.</li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>EDUCATIONS AND TRAINING</h2>A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification with additional education acceptable to the BCAA. relevant engineering degree means an engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.<h2>EXPERIENCE</h2>Minimum 7 years airline technical experience of which 4 years should be in an aircraft structure / interiors discipline.

<p>MAIN OBJECTIVES Manager Aircraft Structure and Interiors is accountable to Senior Manager Engineering for the effective management of the Structures & Interiors Engineering group, providing technical support and development for aircraft structures and cabin interior in accordance with the duties and responsibilities specified herein. Ensure that an adequate number of properly qualified staff are recruited and retained for all key job positions and that those job roles are clearly defined as required by ANTR M.706(g). 7. Ensure that appropriate training is provided and that it is properly recorded for all staff involved in the aircraft continuing airworthiness functions or related activities as required by ANTR M. 706(h). 8. Any corrective action relevant to his area, resulting from the quality audit programme, in accordance with ANTR M. 712. 9. A leading sports and community club is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing marketing materials and developing engaging content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, potentially others), including text posts, image captions, interactive stories, and short-form videos.
• Write compelling website content, including news articles, event updates, player profiles, sponsorship announcements, and community highlights.
• Capture high-quality photographic and video content at club events, matches, training sessions, and community gatherings.
