<h4>12 month internship programme description</h4>
<p>Step into the world of private markets and gain hands-on experience supporting real investment transactions, investor activity, financial reporting and operational processes. This programme offers a unique opportunity to learn how complex private equity and real estate investment structures are managed throughout their lifecycle while developing skills highly valued across the investment industry.</p>
<p>As a Deal-by-Deal Operations Intern, you will work in one of the most dynamic areas of private markets operations: supporting individual private equity and real estate investment structures from set-up through placement, investor reporting, distributions, asset issuance and reconciliation. Participants will support the operating model for Deal-by-Deal investments, where activity is organised across acquisitions, placements, distributions, ongoing activities, asset issuance and reconciliations. In practice, this means learning how investment structures are created, how investor activity is recorded, how cash and receivables are matched, how fees and fair values are maintained, and how operational records are reconciled and reported.</p>
<p>This internship is suited to candidates who want more than a traditional finance internship. It offers hands-on exposure to real operational deliverables, structured problem-solving, data quality, accounting feeds, investor-level reporting and process controls across a multi-entity investment environment.</p>

<h4>The purpose of the senior solution consultant role is:</h4>
<p>The senior solution consultant plays a key role in augmenting sales opportunities through understanding and addressing customer's key challenges, and leveraging ACI solutions and technology. This role ensures that our customers and prospects maximize their long term relationship with ACI, and is critical in conveying the needs and opportunities in the marketplace to the market product managers as we develop our solution product strategies and roadmaps.</p>
<p>Working with the market product managers and product marketing, the senior solution consultant will help define the key value propositions for the targeted market segments. This role will work closely with the sales organization and third party partners, and apply the market segment value propositions in the development of account plans, value propositions, and long term solution adoption strategies for ACI's customers and prospects.</p>
<p>The role requires in-depth industry business insight, an understanding of the strategic and long term approach ACI's customers should execute when using our solutions, a strong grasp of how ACI's solutions can add real value for our customers, and an ability to work directly with new customers.</p>

<li>Experience in applying the international standards on Auditing (ISAs) on the external audit of financial services with excellent IFRS knowledge relevant to the FS practice (such as IFRS 9, 17) and financial services regulations.</li>
<li>Knowledge in any audit technologies, and experience using data analytics tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.</li>
<li>Thorough technical skills and experience regarding applicable accounting reporting and auditing standards, with demonstrated exceptional performance.</li>
<li>Experience in the design of engagement procedures based on risk and materiality.</li>
<li>Previous experience in coaching and leading engagement teams.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge and having the ability to research issues, present alternatives and conclusions to client/Manager.</li>
