<h4>The role & key responsibilities</h4>
<p>The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing and providing fund administration services to real estate funds. The individual will maintain client relationships; take responsibility for coordination of NAV calculation, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, new business take-on and due diligence requirements of the company. The individual will also manage the coordination of regulatory reporting, audit preparation, review and timely delivery of reports. <p>The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing, and providing Fund Administration services to Real Asset funds. The applicant will be expected to be proactive and independent in execution of client service delivery. The principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.</p>
