<p>The Talent Management Officer is responsible for supporting BCFC's talent management agenda across recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement. Acting as a key enabler of day-to-day operational delivery, the role works closely with the Talent Management Assistant Manager to ensure talent programs and initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed in alignment with BCFC's workforce strategy and business objectives.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Support the execution of recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics.</li><li>Coordinate internship and on-the-job training programs, acting as the main point of contact for interns, trainees, and academic institutions.</li><li>Attend career fairs and university events to represent the organization and promote the employer brand.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for employees seeking information on Tamkeen-supported programs, facilitating clear communication, submitting applications and payment claims, and coordinating with relevant departments or third parties as required.</li><li>Submit and track invoices for training, recruitment, and staff wellbeing programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.</li><li>Ensure all employee documents are properly filed in both physical and virtual employee files.</li><li>Support the administration of BIBF training programs by communicating course registration updates and certificates to employees and ensuring training status is accurately recorded in the HR system.</li><li>Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale and participation.</li><li>Maintain and ensure all employee job descriptions are updated, approved, and signed.</li><li>Assist in researching industry best practices to support improvements in talent acquisition and talent management strategies.</li><li>Support the administration and maintenance of e-learning platforms, ensuring content is accessible and employee participation is tracked.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of upskilling and reskilling programs by liaising with training providers and managing scheduling and documentation.</li><li>Assist in administering the annual employee satisfaction survey, handling communications, data collection, and compiling results for review.</li><li>Support HR analytics activities by collecting and organizing data on engagement, retention, and performance for reporting purposes.</li><li>Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount and employee movements, including new joiners, resignations, transfers, and turnover rates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Assist in the coordination and administration of employee recognition programs, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.</li><li>Organize and coordinate social events and team-building activities to support a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Identify and escalate opportunities to improve HR systems and processes, supporting IT coordination and participating in testing and implementation as needed.</li><li>Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the manager, contributing to team operations and business
