Assists FF Category Manager in:</p><br><ul><li>Collect weekly price quotations from produce suppliers, compile data, and propose items allocations based on cost- supplier service levels</li><li>Collecting retail audit from competition</li><li>Generate daily/weekly availability performance, shrinkage, and sales reports to help drive category insights.</li><li>Set up, launch, and activate promotional campaigns directly within the internal promo tool.</li><li>Visit the central market and get update on new seasonal items available in market and decide on item selection</li><li>Visit to tMart stores to monitor freshness and quality</li><li>Work closely with the demand planners and the suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fresh food products.</li><li>Working on admin related duties like updating price changes, rank change content update on the app etc</li><li>Following up with suppliers on listings, pricing, product availability</li><li>Any other ad hoc requests from the manager</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong></p><br><ul><li>You have at least 3+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple fresh food categories, matured by working for large retailers (FMCG), in an international setting.</li><li>You have technical fresh food knowledge that enables you to provide your manager with accurate information</li><li>Has decent commercial knowledge such as profitability, margin calculations and feasibility and benchmarking knowledge.</li><li>You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.</li></ul><br><br> </div>
