<p>We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand enterprise accounts in Bahrain and across the Middle East. The role focuses on solution selling of IT, digital engineering, and enterprise technology services.</p><p>Drive end-to-end revenue growth for IT, Digital, and Engineering services</p><p>Acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing ones across the region</p><p>Sell Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Embedded, and Software solutions</p><p>Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets</p><p>Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders</p><p>Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting</p><p>Lead contract negotiations and commercials with internal teams</p><p>Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution positioning</p><p>Identify new market opportunities and improve sales effectiveness</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>8+ years in Enterprise Sales / Business Development / Solution Selling</p><p>Experienced in selling IT, Digital, or Engineering services</p><p>Proven success in solution sales in Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Embedded, and Software solutions</p><p>Mandatory experience in Bahrain and Middle East markets</p><p>Understanding of offshore/global delivery models (India/GCC)</p><p>Strong consultative and value-based selling expertise</p><p>Proven hunter-farmer capability for enterprise accounts</p><p>MBA preferred; Engineering background is a plus</p><p>Prior experience in Engaging with CXO, VP, Director-level stakeholders</p><p>Prior experience in managing complex, large enterprise deals</p><p>Strong negotiation, pricing, and SLA management skills</p><p>Strong commercial acumen and result orientated</p><p>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</p><p>Strong local network in Bahrain (enterprise/government preferred)</p><p>Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)</p>
