<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Develop Scopes of Work (SOW), evaluation criteria, contracting strategies, and preliminary cost estimates for maintenance activities during Normal Operations, Shutdowns, and Turnarounds.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Manage the complete tendering and procurement process, including bidder selection, Instructions to Bidders (ITB), tender clarifications, commercial evaluation, negotiations, recommendations for award, and contract finalization.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Lead contract administration and commercial management, including cost control, budget monitoring, payment verification, variations, change orders, claims management, and contractual risk mitigation.</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure all maintenance contracts incorporate and comply with applicable HSSEQ, QA/QC, technical, commercial, and company governance/DOA requirements, maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails.</li>
