<h4>The role & key responsibilities</h4>
<p>The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing and providing fund administration services to real estate funds. The individual will maintain client relationships; take responsibility for coordination of NAV calculation, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, new business take-on and due diligence requirements of the company. The individual will also manage the coordination of regulatory reporting, audit preparation, review and timely delivery of reports.
