Sales Executive (Real Estate) Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase real estate sales and achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling.
- Arrange property viewings, negotiate prices, and close sales deals efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to promote properties and showcase their unique selling points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Stay updated on the real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in selling residential real estate properties.
- Knowledge of property market trends and regulatory requirements in Bahrain.
- Previous experience in using CRM software for sales tracking and client management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a plus.
