Sales Executive (Real Estate) Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase real estate sales and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Arrange property viewings, negotiate prices, and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to promote properties and showcase their unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant information.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in selling residential real estate properties.
  • Knowledge of property market trends and regulatory requirements in Bahrain.
  • Previous experience in using CRM software for sales tracking and client management.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a plus.
