BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred. • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or related field is an advantage. • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Experience in managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk. • Experience in leading and managing finance teams.
