The ideal candidate for this position is expected to provide excellent customer service and achieve individual sales targets, be a team player and support the division's sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic activities such as preparing quotes, initiating purchase requests, invoicing and delivery slips.
- Ability to process urgent enquires and follow ups.
- Contact new potential customers and maintain good customoer relation.
- Previous experience in Marine Industry is important.
- Schedule Pricing of products and conduct regular updates on pricing.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services and should have valid license.
- Provide market insights about product availability, price changes, customers trends and interests.
- Prepare market research report on new products, alternatives that can match the existing products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Mechanical Diploma Professional or IT Degree qualifications
- Knowledge and experienced in ERP system,
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- A strong commitment and dedication to customer service.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
- Team player who works productively with a wide range of people.
- Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
- Technical Knowledge About Marine and Offshore Industry, products required.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience.
