Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the litigation team, providing guidance and oversight to junior and senior lawyers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies for high-stakes cases.
- Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Handle pre-litigation negotiations and manage all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial and appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Oversee case preparation, discovery processes, and the review of all relevant legal documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide litigation advice on cross-functional projects.
- Manage and allocate department resources effectively to maximize efficiency and case outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior lawyers, providing leadership and career development support.
