Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market analysis, developing strategic plans, Lead generation, Initiating meeting, Followups and executing business development activities. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in business development or sales.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
* Identify opportunities and generate leads for Urbansoft services
* Schedule meetings with the clients and perform regular follow-ups
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
* Monitor and report on business development activities and progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge in the field of Information Technology.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
