Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & HR Assistant to support our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and presentable.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a software or technology company.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
