<p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br>Nexa Clinics is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Jidhafs, Bahrain.</p><p>&nbsp;You'll work closely with our dental team to support daily clinical operations and help us create healthy, confident smiles for our patients, with care, compassion, and excellence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment, preparing treatment rooms for patients, taking and processing dental X-rays as needed, maintaining accurate patient records, following infection control and safety protocols, and providing chairside support and patient comfort during treatment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>A valid NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) license is mandatory.&nbsp;</p><p>Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort working within a clinical team, and Arabic and English language skills.</p>

<ul><li>Conduct thorough medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions and ensure patient safety.</li><li>Advise healthcare professionals on the selection and dosage of medications based on patient-specific factors.</li><li>Provide medication counseling to patients, educating them on proper usage, side effects, and storage of their prescriptions.</li><li>Monitor patient outcomes post-medication initiation, adjusting therapies as needed to optimize efficacy and safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>B.pharm, M.pharm, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution is essential for this role.</p></li><li><p>Licensure as a registered pharmacist is mandatory to practice legally and safely.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a clinical and counter pharmacy setting is preferred to ensure competency.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management software is a significant asset.</p></li></ul>
