<p><h4>Primary duties</h4>
<p>Deliver a full range of tax advisory services in compliance with local laws and regulations. Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex tax returns. Identify risks, manage tax exposures, and mitigate tax risks by providing tax planning, structuring, and highlighting tax implications. Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices. Manage and coordinate tax audits. Inform management of changes in the tax environment, as well as the ramifications of tax legislation changes. Manage and lead the tax advisory team.</p>

Operational Excellence and Compliance</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure all placements follow company standard policies and procedures, authorities, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support internal audits, compliance checks, and reconciliations related to premium collection and policy issuance.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to improve efficiency and data accuracy in placement workflows.</li><li>Participate in training and continuous improvement programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Educational, Skills and Experience:</strong></p><br><br>Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (Insurance, Business, or related field preferred).</li><li>2-4 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or placement within a broker or insurer.</li><li>Familiarity with motor and consumer lines products is essential.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul><br><p>Qualifications:</p><br><br><ul><li>Strong technical understanding of motor and personal insurance products.</li><li>Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Effective communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Good command of Excel and CRM or policy management systems.</li><li>Understanding of brokerage workflows and PDPL/CBB compliance.</li><li>Meticulous and process-oriented.</li><li>Proactive in following up and closing pending items.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive with sales and service teams.</li><li>Committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.</li></ul><br>
