KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct appraisals of departing and arriving aircraft to ensure presentation and provisioning meet company standards. Monitor the Cabin Appearance program, including special audits, and coordinate with Officers on all product-related subjects. Conduct pre-audit research, submit audit scope for approval, and review audit reports prior to managerial approval. Maintain accurate data entry for audit and inspection reports and prepare periodic evaluation reports on Cabin Appearance functions. Complete audits and reports as scheduled and conduct inspections to verify compliance with operational procedures and standards. <p>Our client, a global financial institution in Bahrain has a vacancy for Deputy Data Protection Officer for their Bahrain office.
Responsibilities:
-Providing guidance to the business as part of Data Protection advisory work.
-Reviewing DPIAs and contracts with third party providers (where there is a touchpoint with personal data) and providing expert guidance and constructive challenge to the business.
-Maintaining the firm`s record of processing activities.
-Reviewing and providing recommendations regarding Data Loss Prevention exception requests sent by the business.
-Leading ad hoc and scheduled Data Protection-focused compliance reviews of business units.
-Managing discrete elements of the firm’s enterprise-wide Data Protection Program.
-Collating and reviewing information for Data Protection related regulatory submissions (e.g. for reporting purposes) and inspections / audits.</p><p>Education and Qualifications:
