<p>Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline. As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the oversight of the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Crew Training to lead the development, certification and oversight of crew training for our Bahrain AOC, ensuring our flight and cabin crew training programmes meet all regulatory and operational requirements, based in Manama, Bahrain. <p>Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following standard operating procedures for inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Visit the central market and get update on new seasonal items available in market and decide on item selection Visit to tMart stores to monitor freshness and quality Work closely with the demand planners and the suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fresh food products. Working on admin related duties like updating price changes, rank change content update on the app etc Following up with suppliers on listings, pricing, product availability Any other ad hoc requests from the manager</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>You have at least 3+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple fresh food categories, matured by working for large retailers (FMCG), in an international setting. You have technical fresh food knowledge that enables you to provide your manager with accurate information Has decent commercial knowledge such as profitability, margin calculations and feasibility and benchmarking knowledge. You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.</p><p></p></section>
