Increasing and encouraging the no. of Near Miss reporting to reduce the probability of incidents through effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Robust EHS risk assessment process driven through structured THA and HRN methodology involving all employees at site. EHS parameter monitoring.
