Job Summary KBR is seeking a Licensed Electrician who installs, maintains, repairs, and inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components in residential, commercial, or industrial environments in accordance with applicable codes. The electrician will read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications to execute installation as well as electrical maintenance activities. This will include wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components to support system functionality. **This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain. Terminate cables to various components such as switchboards, distribution panels, motors, control panels, and electronic equipment. Install and connect lighting fixtures, outlets, and other electrical equipment throughout the vessel. Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components, including motors, generators, and control systems. Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, contact resistance, relay protection, primary and secondary injection, cable integrity, and functional tests. Analyze and evaluate test results, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare testing procedures, method statements, inspection checklists, commissioning reports, and as-built documentation. Coordinate testing activities with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, utility authorities, and clients. Witness inspections and testing with consultants and clients and obtain the necessary approvals.
