Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling. Integrate bots with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) for natural language responses where appropriate. Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific message formats (interactive messages, buttons, media, templates).
