Intercompany Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Follow up with internal teams and overseas offices regarding intercompany transactions and outstanding matters.</li><li>Coordinate with different country offices for intercompany invoices, statements, payments, and reconciliations.</li><li>Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely closure of intercompany outstanding items.</li><li>Prepare regular status updates for Management.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Social Media & Digital Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate professional posts related to company activities, achievements, services, projects, and business updates.</li><li>Coordinate with Management and relevant departments to collect content and information for social media.</li><li>Monitor engagement and maintain a professional corporate image across social media platforms.</li><li>Assist with basic content creation, including posts, captions, images, and business updates.</li><li>Stay updated with current social media trends and digital marketing practices.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Management Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative and business support to Management.</li><li>Manage follow-ups, action points, appointments, meetings, and important deadlines.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and business correspondence as required.</li><li>Coordinate meetings with customers, suppliers, agents, and internal teams.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of business and management information.</li><li>Follow up on instructions given by Management and ensure timely completion.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Internal Team Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with different departments to follow up on pending tasks and Management instructions.</li><li>Monitor action points and provide regular updates to Management.</li><li>Ensure important matters are followed up until completion.</li><li>Assist in coordinating between Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments.</li></ul><p><strong>6. As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the oversight of the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Crew Training to lead the development, certification and oversight of crew training for our Bahrain AOC, ensuring our flight and cabin crew training programmes meet all regulatory and operational requirements, based in Manama, Bahrain. The Nominated Postholder Crew Training is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for:</p><p>Ensure safe and secure operations and remain in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA requirements for the operational area under your responsibility</p><p>Plan and co-ordinate all initial, conversion and recurrent training with the Manager Flight Crew Training, on a rolling strategy of at least six months.</p><p>Maintain records of all training activities and individual flight-crew records for initial, conversion and recurrent training.</p><p>Be responsible for the contents of Operations Manual Part D and keep the department current with all revisions.</p><p>Perform or delegate line checks and ensure course candidates meet prerequisite standards.</p><p>Ensure instructors maintain competence through spot-checks and standardisation briefings, and perform annual standardisation checks.</p><p>Decide training plans to ensure adequate crew numbers per fleet in coordination with the Accountable Manager, and implement the department Safety Management System (SMS) under the Safety Manager</p><p>This is a Nominated Postholder position under the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and associated BCAA requirements and guidance.
