<p>The Marketing Intern is a full time role that supports the Bahrain Marketing Team by contributing to the strategic development and execution of Media Network activities, including social media, photo and video shoots, event coverage, PR, consumer activations, and website and content production. The intern also provides operational support across Sports, Brand, Field and Creator Marketing, ensuring cohesive collaboration and executional excellence across projects.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>Areas that play to your strengths</p><p>All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:</p><ul><li>Expand all Media Network &amp; Communications<ul><li>Support the daily management of Bahrain s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, brand aligned content.</li><li>Assist in content planning, copywriting, scheduling and publishing.</li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, and assist with athlete and talent coordination on shoot days.</li><li>Support event coverage through live social content and behind the scenes production, and assist with local website updates and basic CMS management.</li><li>Help coordinate local PR initiatives, contribute to media material preparation (press releases, media lists, event briefs), and support the delivery of all Media Network projects with a consistent brand voice and identity.</li></ul></li><li>Cross Departmental Marketing Support<ul><li>Provide operational and logistical support for campaigns and events led by the Sports, Field, Brand and Creator Marketing teams.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of consumer activations, athlete engagements and creator collaborations.</li><li>Participate in internal brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute fresh ideas across all marketing pillars.</li><li>Coordinate timelines, bookings and materials for cross functional projects.</li></ul></li><li>Project Management &amp; Administration<ul><li>Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through from ideation to execution.</li><li>Maintain up to date records, project trackers and media asset libraries.</li><li>Support with reporting, recaps and post campaign analysis.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and makes things happen. Leadership, motivation and team skills, solution oriented. Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) is an advantage. Passionate and energetic personality. Friendly, open minded and approachable. Professional and autonomous. Culturally aware, with an interest in sports, music and youth lifestyle scenes. Recent university graduate, available for full time work and able to travel locally when required. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (both a must), including presenting. Travel 10-20%</p>
