<p><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b> Specialist Safety Training is responsible for ensuring that effective safety training is maintained across the organization and the wider community at the airside of BIA, in compliance with ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Doc 9859, BAC ASMS, and the associated procedures and guidelines. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Airside Safety Responsibilities Ensures the development, review, and update of the Aerodrome Safety department's Training and Competency Requirements Manual. Ensures that the Training and Competency Requirements Guidelines established for all stakeholders is reviewed, updated, published, enforced, and monitored. Participates in safety audits to ensure conformance of stakeholders with the training and competency requirements. Develops training material for safety inductions, familiarization and awareness sessions, and ensures their delivery in an appropriate frequency in the interest of continuous improvement to safety performance.
