<span><b>Job Summary</b> <br><span>The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing Priority Banking and Personal Banking client relationships by understanding client needs and providing appropriate banking, wealth, and lending solutions. The role focuses on driving profitable portfolio growth through new client acquisition, relationship deepening, cross-selling, and delivering an exceptional client experience. <li><span>Drive the Affluent Banking strategy by achieving Net Sales Revenue (NSR) targets while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and risk standards.</span></li>
<li><span>Build, manage, and deepen relationships with Priority and Personal Banking clients through proactive engagement and tailored financial solutions.</span></li>
<li><span>Increase client share of wallet by promoting Wealth Management (WM), retail banking, lending, and deposit products.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide regular portfolio reviews, financial guidance, and timely follow-up to support evolving client needs.</span></li>
