<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Our Client a leading Architectural firm is looking for an talented and experienced <strong>Architect/Site Engineer </strong> </p> <p> <strong>Job Role:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>This job profile represents an integrated project lead. </li> <li>The Architect/Site Engineer oversees multidisciplinary construction from structural shells and interiors to outdoor spacesensuring design concepts translate into high-quality, fully executed physical realities on site. </li> <li>Managing Site Teams, Monitoring Procurement and work flow as per approved program and meeting the allocated budget. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p> <strong>Project &amp; Site Management:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily on-site operations, as lead consultant to coordinate and ensure all architectural, interior design (ID), and landscape works are built to approved drawings, specifications, and local standards.</li> <li>To improve over the approved design on site solutions</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li> <li>Identify and resolve on-site discrepancies or structural/design prior to become a conflict on site and ability to provide solutions on-site immediately. </li> <li>Ensure all the documents are properly managed, controlling the response timelines and submissions by contractors</li> <li>Monitor procurement timings for long lead items and support with local suppliers</li> <li>Control over the budget of the project and variations</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Architectural, Fit-Out &amp; Oversight:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Manage interior fit-outs (ID), verifying that joinery, false ceilings, flooring, and MEP fixtures align with the interior design intent.</li> <li>Conduct continuous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections to ensure flawless finishes.</li> <li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies. </li> <li>Coordinate the execution of hardscape and softscape elements, including pathways, water features, retaining walls, and planting schemes.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong> </p> <ul> <li> Bachelor s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.</li> <li> 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction, interior fitouts, and landscape coordination.</li> <li> Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), and familiarity with project tracking systems (Primavera, Microsoft Project)</li> <li> Strong grasp of safety standards and local and international building codes</li> </ul></div></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Administrative Duties</strong>: Attend regular morning briefings with the Assistant Chief Engineer/Dir of Engineer, along with all other employees in the Engineering Office/Workshop. Additionally, maintain records, files, and prepare reports, and attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done and training classes.</li> <li><strong>Maintenance Planning and Supervision</strong>: Plan, assign, inspect, and supervise maintenance, repair, and construction activities, and perform and follow up on preventive maintenance plans regularly to update and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including reviewing all work orders before and after completion.</li> <li><strong>Work Order Management</strong>: Assign and distribute work orders and work requests, inform supervisors of completed and outstanding work orders, and coordinate work with others wherever required.</li> <li><strong>Technical Support and Emergency Response</strong>: Check and troubleshoot equipment, provide technical assistance to technicians when requested, perform emergency repairs, maintain tools, order supplies, and make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. Additionally, attend to maintenance requests, maintenance calls, breakdowns, faults, and emergency jobs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and all major equipment.</li> <li><strong>Safety and Coordination</strong>: Cooperate with the store to determine which parts should be ordered for stock and maintain cleanliness around the surroundings of all engineering workshops and where the job has been done. Attend duties on time as per the duty roster and report to the Assistant Chief Engineer/Dir of Engineer of any major issues as far as daily operations are concerned. Additionally, help and assist engineering crews in times of emergency or in the case of fire or natural disaster.</li> </ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong>: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel or similar organization is required, along with possession of the required trade license, certification, or Diploma, with previous experience in the field considered an asset.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Specialization and Skills</strong>: Specialization in Electrical, Mechanical, or General Civil trades is preferred, alongside strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, which are necessary.</li> <li><strong>Additional Requirements</strong>: Possession of required trade license, certification, or Diploma is essential, with previous experience in the field considered an asset.</li> </ul><p></p></section>
