<p>As an External Audit Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>

<p>1.Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine tasks and non-routine tasks.<br>2.Replace components on Company or other operators aircraft and engines as required.<br>3.Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulation.<br>4.Strictly adhere to company safety rules and regulation and to wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.<br>5.Adhere and comply with aircraft approved maintenance documents instructions when performing any routine tasks and non-routine tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems. <br>6.Make sure that all equipments and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition. This is a junior level position for a new graduate, and no previous experience is required.</p><p><br></p><p>Reports to:</p><p><br></p><p>This position will report, for line management purposes, to the Registry Services Manager</p><p><br></p><p>Main Duties:</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist the Student Records Coordinators for both Medicine and Nursing in all administrative activities related to providing students with student transcripts, student Documentation and also with approval of documentation with the Bahraini Higher Education Council (HEC)</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with all aspects of regulatory affairs including Regulatory Compliance, Documentation, Communication, Administration relating to disciplinary procedures, appeals management and grievance resolution.</p><p><br></p><p>Main working relationships</p><p><br></p><p>• Registry Services Manager, Student Record Coordinator for Medicine, Student Record Coordinator for Nursing, Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, Academic Operation Coordinators.</p><p>• Participate in regular team meetings, complete actions as required and provided status updates for any assigned actions.</p><p>• Develop strong relationships with other RCSI internal departments, guaranteeing deliverables are met by ensuring the relationships are maintained and goals are achieved with a student centred focus.</p><p>• Must be a team player, willing to work closely with diverse team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Other Considerations</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>· Technical ability: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams</p><p><br></p><p>· Arabic language: Would be advantageous, but not eessential. </p><p><br></p><p>· English language: Must be fluent, and must be able to read and write to a high standard.</p><p><br></p><p>· Personal skills: Must have good organizational skills and to be able to work calmly under pressure and work to strict time scales.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Educational Requirements</b></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Essential:</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.</p><p><br></p><p>· Demonstrable academic or professional preparation in administration, organisational management, data management, or a related area.</p><p><br></p><p>· Strong written, numerical and analytical skills </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Desirable:</p><p><br></p><p>• Additional training or qualifications in assessment, examinations, or academic quality assurance.</p><p>• Knowledge of higher education policies, regulatory requirements and quality assurance frameworks.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
