Role Purpose: A leading company in Bahrain is seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO/COO. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working directly with top management, be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES • Manage and maintain the CEO/COO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries. • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. • Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as assigned by the executive. • Prepare expense reports and manage basic budget tracking for executive-related activities. • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage daily priorities. • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks. • Provide occasional personal support as needed within professional boundaries.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, or equivalent). • Proven experience working directly with top management in a professional corporate environment. • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information. Skills • Highly professional, polished, and presentable demeanor suitable for working with top management. • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure. • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate executive needs.
