Role Purpose: A leading company in Bahrain is seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO/COO. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working directly with top management, be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Manage and maintain the CEO/COO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as assigned by the executive.
• Prepare expense reports and manage basic budget tracking for executive-related activities.
• Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage daily priorities.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Provide occasional personal support as needed within professional boundaries.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working directly with top management in a professional corporate environment.
• Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information.
