We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

*Key Responsibilities:

1- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of manufacturing equipment and machinery

2- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates in optimal condition

3-Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs on mechanical and electrical systems

4-Conduct routine inspections and address issues as they arise

5-Carry out calibration and verification of machinery, equipment, and measuring instruments

6-Maintain tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper working condition

7-Recommend improvements to machinery, equipment, and production processes to enhance safety and efficiency

8-Develop maintenance programs and suggest equipment replacement when necessary

9-Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Health & Safety procedures

10-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

*Requirements:

-Minimum 3–5 years of experiencein Rebar Cut & Bend Maintenance Field.

-Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems

-Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery

-Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
