Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead and manage our Asphalt and Ready-Mix operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business performance, plant operations, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction, with proven leadership experience in the same role.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of asphalt plants, batching plants, and site deliveries
• Ensure quality control in compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Manage P&L, budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Lead and supervise plant managers, engineers, supervisors, and operational teams
• Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to government and environmental regulations
• Manage client relationships, contracts, tenders, and key stakeholders
• Plan and implement maintenance strategies for plants, machinery, and fleet
• Drive business growth, capacity planning, and process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a General Manager in Asphalt & Ready-Mix industry
• Strong technical knowledge of asphalt production, concrete batching, and construction projects
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
• Experience in tendering, contracts, and commercial negotiations
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
