Position Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our healthcare team at Bahrain Health City. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. Assess patient conditions, identify needs, and respond promptly to changes in health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and minor surgeries when required. Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures. Ensure adherence to NHRA regulations, hospital policies, and international healthcare standards. Maintain strict infection control practices to promote a safe clinical environment. Keep detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and efforts to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution. Must hold a valid NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) license in Bahrain. A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
