We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Supply Chain Officer to join our manufacturing team in Bahrain. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient supply chain operations, managing logistics activities, and optimizing inventory to support our production goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. - Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. - Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to streamline procurement and production schedules. - Implement and maintain efficient supply chain processes and procedures in compliance with company policies and regulations. - Identify and resolve any issues related to logistics and supply chain operations promptly. - Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and operational metrics. - Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in logistics and supply chain roles within the manufacturing sector. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
