Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through market research and networking activities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Track sales performance and report to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development roles.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or consulting industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
