Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client team, specializing in luxury stone supplies for interior design and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the luxury stone industry or real estate sector in the Middle East, particularly in Bahrain. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with real estate companies and interior designers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target real estate companies and interior designers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the real estate and luxury design markets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our premium product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored presentations, pitches, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends in interior design and luxury stone products.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are met, and feedback is communicated to the internal teams.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Director.
  • Stay updated on Bahrain labor laws and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role in the luxury stone or real estate sector in the Middle East.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design trends and luxury materials used in high-end projects.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
