Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all catering events from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and customize catering services accordingly
  • Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service standards are met
  • Monitor and control catering budgets and expenses
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and supplies
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation and service


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or relevant role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in catering for events of various sizes and types
  • Proficiency in menu planning and food costing
  • Experience working with diverse teams and clientele
