Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fine-dining setting
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and service
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
  • Basic culinary skills and understanding of various cooking methods

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 4 years to maximum of 10 years of experience in culinary roles, preferably in fine-dining establishments
