Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the Supply Chain & Purchase function within the organization
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management processes


Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain or procurement role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Desired Experience:4-8 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement
  • Experience working in a leadership or managerial role
  • Knowledge of market trends and supplier networks in the region
