Location : Riyadh·Provide Expert level Support and Troubleshooting for Solaris and Linux OS, resolving complex technical issues and performing root cause Analysis.·Install, configure and maintain Solaris and Linux OS on Physical and Virtual Servers.·Performing root cause analysis of problems and major incidents. Provide workarounds to ensure business continuty and prepare RCA reports.·Prepare implementation plan, rollback plan and test plan, risk and impact analysis of critical or complex changes.·Experience in Administration and Troubleshooting in Oracle T-Series Servers and ZFS Storage.·Vulnerabilities / PT points remediation·Server hardening of Solaris and Linux Servers.·Patch and package administration using Redhat satellite·Experience in OS Up gradation, Patch management and kernel up gradation·Experience in LDOM Administration.·Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments·Expert in troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues·Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions·Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning Skills Experience : 5 Years
