نحن نبحث عن شخص ودود ومحترف لشغل دور مزدوج كـ نادلة ومضيفة في صالة السيجار لدينا.
المسؤوليات:
تحية الضيوف والترحيب بهم فور وصولهم (مهام المضيفة)
إدارة الحجوزات، وترتيب الجلوس، وقوائم الانتظار
مرافقة الضيوف إلى الطاولات/مناطق الصالة
أخذ طلبات المأكولات والمشروبات وتقديمها (مهام النادلة)
التوصية بالسيجار والمشروبات والتوافقات المناسبة بينهما
ضمان راحة الضيوف ورضاهم طوال فترة زيارتهم
الحفاظ على نظافة الصالة وترتيبها
المؤهلات
خبرة في مجال الضيافة، تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات، أو الاستقبال
معرفة أو اهتمام بالسيجار (يُفضل)
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
مظهر وسلوك مهني ولائق
القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة

Job Description
Position: Waitress/Hostess – Cigar Lounge
We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to fill a dual role as both waitress and hostess in our cigar lounge.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive (hostess duties)
Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists
Escort guests to tables/lounge areas
Take food and beverage orders and deliver them (waitress duties)
Recommend cigars, drinks, and pairings
Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, serving, or hosting
Knowledge or interest in cigars (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
