Job Purpose:

Asteri Beauty is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to a lead our first luxury beauty store in Bahrain. Taking pride in the coaching and development of frontline teams, the Store Manage will be geared towards exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, recruitment, operational management as well as inventory management, creating and executing an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management. They will be an ambitious leader capable of developing high-performing and happy teams by helping others reach their full potential.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of best-in-class team who will deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Management of the store operations in order to achieve sales objectives and operations key performance indicator in line with the brand’s vision.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance and provides reports on performance and insights to maximize stock potential.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the sales team by regular coaching on the deliverance of exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales leadership through being a team member of the sales floor.
  • Maintains staffing levels consistent with operational needs to ensure exceptional customer service provided at all times; prepares schedules and ensures adequate shift coverage
  • Ensures seasonal peaks and activities are taken account of when preparing forecasts and staff rotas.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and in-store events through consistent communication with regional management.
  • Management of the store inventory as well as stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met.
  • Ensuring operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.


Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  • Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
  • Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of business acumen.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
