Job Description: Director of Food & Beverage

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations including budgeting, purchasing, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards.
  • Manage and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and execute innovative menus that meet the needs of guests and reflect the brand's image.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and industry trends to continuously improve offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
