Job Description-

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the automotive industry
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers, including auto manufacturers, dealerships, and service centers
  • Promote various lubricants (engine oils, transmission fluids, etc.) to customers through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical support
  • Set and achieve sales goals, ensuring consistent growth in market share and revenue.
  • Provide after-sales service and technical assistance, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Educate clients and sales teams on product benefits, proper usage, and the advantages of using the company’s lubricants.
  • Regularly submit sales reports and market feedback to management, providing insights on competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and maintain accurate sales records.
